Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the garment.
